Justin Cronin is an acclaimed American author best known for his dystopian trilogy The Passage. Born in New England in 1962, Cronin pursued his love for literature at the University of Iowa Writers' Workshop, where he developed his craft. His debut novel, Mary and O’Neil, received widespread recognition and earned him the Stephen Crane Prize for First Fiction. However, it was The Passage, released in 2010, that catapulted Cronin to global fame.
